Returns and Refunds

We are committed to selling high quality products but there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you’ve bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed.  We recommend that you keep your order confirmation and invoice which will be sent with your item(s) as you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

For non–business customers most things we sell are covered by our 30 day money back guarantee, so just return them to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, with your receipt and we will give you a refund.

If you don’t have your receipt but can provide proof of purchase we will exchange the item or give you a refund with vouchers.

If you would like to return something we have delivered, just call us on 0845 5390088 and we will collect it for free. Your order number will count as your receipt.

If a product is excluded from our 30 day money back guarantee, it is clearly marked by a † next to the product name in the catalogue and on this website.

If you find a fault with the product within 12 months of purchase, we will look to repair, replace or refund it, respectively.

Our refund & return policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Distance Selling Regulations

If you have ordered by telephone or online, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification.

To cancel, you can email us at customer.services@brcgb.co.uk or call on 0845 5390088. You can also write to us at Customer Services, BRC (GB) Ltd, Warminster Road, Bath, BA2 7HY within seven working days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s). We can arrange collection free of charge.

The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to Financial and Insurance Services.
